We found Travel Beyond online and got an immediate prompt responses from Craig and Pam. Both were extremely helpful and accommodating to our changing plans and came up with some great ideas for our trip to Botswana, Victoria Falls and Cape Town, all via email with various time differences. All destinations, activities, camps, air transfers and hotels were wonderful. The experience was great, and we greatly appreciated the swift responses to our ever-changing plans and requirements. They even took the time to contact us afterwards to ensure we had a great time, and we did! Would definitely recommend Travel Beyond. Already thinking of our next vacation with Travel Beyond.

When all other travel agents told us we were too late to get accommodations over the holiday time, Craig was a miracle worker and got us exactly what we wanted – with no sacrifices. It’s been years since I’ve worked with a travel agent and in today’s generation of internet booking, I admit I was skeptical. But Craig proved us wrong. We couldn’t have secured the accommodations we did during high season if it weren’t for his relationships with the properties. Rattrays at Mala Mala game reserve is wonderful, luxurious and indulgent. Very small and intimate. Spectacular service and food! The Cape Grace hotel in Cape Town is top notch. Doesn’t get much better. We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. A trip of a lifetime….can’t wait to go back."

I found Travel Beyond by surfing the internet. Jenny Strand picked up my phone call and from that point on took over and planned a perfect itinerary to South Africa. I cannot say enough about her patience, care, and attention to detail. Our trip to Capetown and Phinda Game Reserve was amazing and problem free. The guides she arranged for us were personable and knowledgeable. I would use Travel Beyond again in a heartbeat!"

Travel Beyond’s owner, Craig Beal, as well as some of his agents, are some of the most helpful and knowledgeable people I’ve come across in researching my upcoming trip to Africa. They offer their advice and insights free on travel planning sites like Trip Advisor. It was largely because of these helpful posts that I decided to choose them to plan and book my Africa safari.
